Cenay Nailor is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years experience in solving problems using a variety of technologies and databases. Cenay has brought her creative problem solving ability to such clients as Fidelity National, Autostar Solutions, and Safeco Land Title, building data entry systems and custom designed databases to meet the business needs of growing companies in need of staying ahead of their competition. Cenay holds a diploma from Control Data Institute where she graduated Cum Laude. She currently can work in nine different programming languages and a variety of database methods including SQL Server, DBISAM, NexusDB, Access, Advantage, dBase, Paradox, FoxPro and Clipper.

Jay Boisseau has never met a systems problem he didn’t like solving, and applies a thoughtful enthusiasm for thorny data-base issues regardless of their challenges. He has over 15 years experience in database design and Web-based applications. Jay has brought his business savvy and technological talents to such clients as First American and Fidelity National, building data entry systems and Web-based retrieval systems for several divisions of Fidelity National.
