We stand behind our software. And we believe that the best support you can get, is from the actual developers. So when you send a trouble ticket, or ask us a question, you get the right answer, from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

Since we use BugTrac ourselves, we provide two methods to submit a trouble / feature report.

1. You can use the BugTrac Export feature (if you use this product) and send us the three tables it creates via e-mail. We will import the issue into our system and address it as quickly as possible.

2. Send a plain e-mail, specifying your problem / request / question. We'll manually add it to BugTrac in-house.

Either way, we will get back to you within 24 hours with either a resolution, or a time-frame for one. With Software That Rocks, you get the best support possible.

Note: Coming soon, an online submit form you can complete and send via the web-site.
